I'm here to help you feel empowered and to find your beacons of light.

When your journey to parenthood has been darkened by grief, loss, trauma, or heartache, it's difficult to believe that you'll ever find the light again. I help families naviagte their journeys in a way that honours the hard stuff while finding a path forward.

I am a certified grief and trauma coach specializing in pregnancy & infant loss, premature birth/medical parenting, and fertility. I also have over a decade of experience designing, implementing, and evaluating healthcare programs and strategies.

In 2017 I devastatingly lost my first child, Beckett. Less than a year later Lincoln was born at only 22 weeks and spent four and a half months fighting for his life in the NICU. I have also experienced an ectopic pregnancy, IVF, loss through surrogacy, and the birth of my third son, Remy, via surrogacy. I understand firsthand how much your life can be changed when your path to parenthood is darkened by difficult and traumatic events, and how isolating the journey can be.

I would be honoured to walk alongside you through all aspects of your journey to parenthood and beyond. If you find yourself navigating a dark path, you do not have to walk it alone.

Kieran is truly an amazing pregnancy and infant loss coach. She is trustworthy, compassionate, and insightful - with a lovely sense of humour. She created a safe and supportive space for me to explore the emotions and fears associated with trying to conceive after loss. Her powerful questions helped me move towards a future I feel at peace in. I am bless our paths have crossed.
